Terms of service

Last updated 11 September 2026

Everytrack is a product of Watel, an AI product and content studio owned by Muse Financial Technologies Inc. ("we", "us"). By subscribing you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Everytrack produces music videos, alternate takes and cutdowns to the creative brief you submit in your account, using a digital likeness of your artist built from the reference photos you provide. Production is measured in minutes of finished HD footage and drawn from your plan's monthly balance. Unused minutes do not roll over unless we say otherwise in writing.

2. Subscription and billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Top-ups are one-time purchases. Prices are shown on the plans page at the time of purchase.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and does not renew after that. Paid periods and used top-ups are not refunded, except where we decline a brief (section 6) or where the law requires a refund. See the refund page.

4. Your artist's likeness and consent

You may only create an artist profile for a person who has agreed in writing to appear in videos produced for your account, and you must be able to provide that release to us on request. You are responsible for that consent. We may refuse or remove any profile where consent is in doubt. Reference photos are used only to produce your artist's videos and are deleted at your request.

5. Your content and our output

You keep all rights in the track, photos and direction you provide, and you confirm you have the rights to use them. You own the videos, takes and cutdowns we deliver to you and may release, license and monetise them. We may keep copies for the duration of your subscription to allow further takes and cutdowns.

6. What we will not produce

Anything that uses a person's likeness without their consent, that is unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit involving a real person without consent, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may decline a brief and refund the affected minutes.

7. Delivery to platforms

We export masters to published platform specifications and include delivery notes. Delivery to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and other platforms is done by you or your distributor; we do not guarantee acceptance, placement, or any effect on streams or recommendations.

8. Liability

The service is provided as described on the plans page. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.
