Cancellation and refunds

Cancel any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and does not renew after that. Cancel from the link on your Stripe receipt or by emailing tonje@trymuse.com from the address you paid with.

Paid periods are not refunded. The minutes in a period are yours to use until it ends. Top-ups are not refunded once any of their minutes have been used.

Two exceptions. If we decline a brief (see the terms), the affected minutes are refunded in full. Where the law of your country requires a refund, we follow it.
