Privacy policy

Everytrack is operated by Watel, owned by Muse Financial Technologies Inc. This page says what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account and brief: your name, email, artist name, track link, reference photos of the artist and your creative direction. Stored to produce your videos and show them in your account.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your email, the plan and a payment reference, never your card number.
• Talk-to-us form: name, email, company, roster size and message, so we can reply.
• Usage: which pages and sections you view, which plan you tap, and the ad you came from (UTM parameters), stored with a random browser id in our own database and mirrored to Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4.

Artist photos and likeness

Reference photos are used only to produce videos for that artist within your account. They are not shared with other customers, not used to produce anyone else's videos, and deleted when you ask.

Who sees it

Our team, and the service providers we run on: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), Meta and Google (advertising measurement). We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

Email tonje@trymuse.com to see, correct or delete your data, including reference photos. Cookies used for measurement can be blocked in your browser.
